About us

A Singapore supplier for the infrastructure layer of AI

UBICOMP PTE. LTD. was set up around a simple observation: the hardware, the model access and the power that AI projects depend on are bought from three unrelated markets, and the gaps between them are where projects lose time.

What we do and why

One counterparty across three markets

A network team procures optics from a distributor. An AI team buys model tokens on a foreign corporate card. A development team chases megawatts through an entirely different set of relationships. Each market has its own conventions, lead times and failure modes — and nobody owns the seams between them.

UBICOMP operates across all three. We supply the switching, optics and fibre that carry the traffic; we supply commercial access to the major models through a single billing relationship; and we advise on the power, land and investment side of AI data centre projects, drawing on a network built across AIDC end-customers, developers, energy investors and infrastructure players.

We are deliberately a small, senior team. That is a constraint we accept: it means we take on fewer engagements, and it means the person who quotes your bill of materials is the person who answers when a module does not link.

Capability

What we are actually equipped to do

Three practices, each with its own delivery model. They share a commercial relationship, not a single process.

  • 01

    Network hardware supply

Switching platforms from H3C and Ruijie, plus optics, DAC/AOC cables and structured fibre from 1G through 800G. We check coding and platform compatibility in writing before an order is placed.

    • BOM review
    • Compatibility verification
    • Optical power budget
    • Staged delivery
    • Cross-brand sourcing
  • 02

    AI token supply

Commercial access to major model providers through one OpenAI-compatible endpoint, with per-project keys, real-time usage visibility and pay-as-you-go billing in USD.

    • Multi-provider access
    • Per-project keys
    • Real-time usage
    • Single USD invoice
    • Self-serve registration
  • 03

    AIDC power and project advisory

Advisory work on the power, land and investment side of AI data centre projects — turning a capacity requirement into a written specification, then matching it against sites, developers and capital.

    • Demand specification
    • Site and power qualification
    • Land control
    • Counterparty introductions
    • Investment matching

How we work

Four commitments we will be held to

  • 01

    Say what we can deliver

If a lead time is eight weeks, we quote eight weeks. Winning an order on an optimistic date costs more than losing it on an honest one.

  • 02

    Specification before price

We establish what the network actually requires before discussing cost. Then we tell you where the cheaper option is genuinely sufficient.

  • 03

    Stay neutral

We carry multiple manufacturers and multiple model providers. We have no incentive to push one brand into a design where it does not belong.

  • 04

    Treat data properly

Enquiry data is handled under Singapore's PDPA, kept to what the enquiry requires, and never sold or traded.

Engagement

Three ways clients start with us

  • A defined bill of materials

You already know the platform and the port count. Send the list; we verify coding, compatibility and lead time, then quote against it.

Typical first reply: 1–2 working days

  • An open technical question

You know the workload but not the fabric, or you are comparing model costs across providers. We work the requirement with you before anything is priced.

    No commitment required

  • A project-level requirement

Capacity, timeline and location are set, but the site, power or counterparty is not. We produce a written demand specification and work the network from there.

    Advisory engagement

Work with a team that answers the phone

Whether you are specifying a fabric, comparing model costs or looking for power, the first conversation costs you nothing but a clear description of the problem.
